Jamal W. Georges, 91, of Summerfield, NC passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, May 6, 2022.
A native of Lebanon, Jamal was the husband of 61 years to Selma Wakim Georges and the son of the late Wakim Wakim and Mariam Gazelle Wakim.
Survivors include his wife, Selma; daughters, Nahla Simaan and husband, Tony, Mary Saikali and husband, Maher, and Nabila Ward; grandchildren, Maroone, Jamie, Julia, Danielle, Michelle, Sydney, and Philip; and great grandson, Luke.
In addition to his parents, Jamal was preceded in death by his brother, George; and sister, Nabila.
The family will greet friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Kernersville Chapel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00AM Thursday, May 12, 2022 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Greensboro, NC with Father Robert Farah officiating. Following the Mass there will be a luncheon at the Church Hall. Interment will follow at 2:00PM Thursday at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory, Kernersville, NC.
