Jerrell Ray Blair

Jerrell Ray Blair, 68, of Kernersville, NC, passed Wednesday, February 24, 2021. He was born Friday, September 19, 1952 in Forsyth County to Bertha Gray Griffin Westmoreland and the late Billy Ray Blair. Jerrell graduated from East Forsyth High School. He enjoyed fishing, sports cars, college basketball, and especially the North Carolina Tarheels. He worked for Harris Teeter Distribution for many years as a Supervisor before he retired. In addition to his father, Jerrell was preceded in death by his daughter, Leslie Shea Blair. Survivors include his mother, Bertha Westmoreland and husband, Lyndon Westmoreland; children, Travis Ray Blair and wife, I-Li Blair, and Dina LaRae Manley and husband, Robert Manley; grandchildren, Owen Manley, Griffon Blair, and Jonas Blair; and his brother, Steve Blair. Graveside services will be held 1:00PM Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 3250 High Point Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
