Kay Smith Collins

Kay Frances Smith Collins, 77, of Winston- Salem passed away on July 22, 2022 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center Winston-Salem. A native of Kernersville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Clara (Jackson) Smith and wife of Richard L. Collins. Kay is survived by her husband, daughter, Shanra Cummings( Parrish), son, Jason Collins (Rachel), four granddaughters, Hannah, Sydney, Ryleigh, and Avery, two sisters, Rhonda Cox (Ronald) and Mary Miller. A host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Saturday, July 23,2022 at Kernersville Friends Church, Kernersville. A graveside service will be at 11:00am on Monday, July 25,2022 at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory with Reverend Matt Morrison and Reverend Frank Shumate officiating.
