Linda West

Linda Gale Ziglar West, 74, went home to be with the Lord May 24, 2016. Graveside Funeral Services celebrating her life will take place 11:00 AM Thursday May 26, 2016 at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. Linda was a native of Forsyth county and born to the late Cora Overcash Ziglar and Thomas Ziglar. She retired from Grass America after many years of service. She was a dedicated member of Gospel Light Baptist Church. Linda was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and best friend. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, warm, caring, and thoughtful personality. She was proceeded in death by three sisters and five brothers. Linda is survived by a loving husband of 56 years Richard West of the home; daughters Sherry Worden and Les and Tonya Payne, sons Jeff West, Ricky West, and Scottie West and Riza; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters Shirley Redmon, Catherine Bennett, and Peggy Combs; and many extended family and friends.
