Peggy Dotson Norris

Peggy Dotson Norris, 82, of Clemmons, NC went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2021 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Chip Webb officiating. Interment will follow at the Shiloh Lutheran Church Cemetery, Lewisville, NC. The family will greet friends from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday prior the service at the funeral home. A native of Boone, NC, Peggy was the wife of the late Joseph Henson Norris and the daughter of the late Connor Dotson and Doris Dotson. Peggy was an avid gardener, and tending to her beautiful flowers. She enjoyed cooking for her family, and sharing memories around the table. Peggy was strong in her Christian Faith, a true prayer warrior, who never missed a day from reading her Bible. Her greatest passion was being with her children. Survivors include her daughters, Karen Norris Schulz of Clemmons, NC, Kathy Norris Prescott of Kernersville, and Robin Norris Williams and Husband, Scott of King, NC; grandchildren, Clinton Allen Myers and wife, Lora, Jessica Lynn Myers, Jennifer Ashley Williams, and Megan Elizabeth Harris and husband, Dakota; great grandchildren, Christian Henson Myers, Lillian Elizabeth Myers, Hailie May Armstrong, Justice Elizabeth Armstrong, Dakoda Harris, and Layton Harris; and sister, Dorothy Bruce. In addition to her husband and parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her nine siblings.
