Sherrie Lynn Robertson

Sherrie Lynn Robertson, 58, passed away February 18, 2020. Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 1:00PM Saturday February 22, 2020 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Eric Lineberry officiating. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will visit with friends from 11:00AM Saturday until time for the service at the funeral home. A native of Forsyth County, Sherrie Lynn was the daughter of the late Marjorie Jean Griffin and James Leroy Robertson. In addition to her parents, she also is preceded in death by her sisters, Sandra Goforth and Theresa Raul, and her brother, Kenneth Robertson. A cosmetologist, seamstress, artist, and truck driver, Sherrie truly loved life and especially her family. Survivors include the love of her life for 20 years, Robert William Lankford of the home; daughters, Misty Robertson and Todd of Troy, and Brandy Cliett and Anthony of Davidson County; sons, Christopher Joyce of Winston-Salem, and Michael Joyce of Walkertown; step-daughter, Maleia Knowles and Christopher of Walkertown; grandchildren, Matthew Robertson and Leigh Ann, Dustin Phillips and Ariana, Austin George, Myranda George, Drake Robertson, Sierra Robertson, William Joyce, and Aidon Joyce; great-grandson, Nolan James Robertson; step-grandsons, Justice and Jace McKnight; sisters, Donna Lail of Davidson County, and Linda Talley and Donald of Yadkinville; brother, Michael Robertson and April of Winston-Salem; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
