Karen Diana Bailey-Haas

February 16, 1964 — April 8, 2026

Karen Bailey-Haas, 62, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away on April 8, 2026. Born on February 16, 1964, in Phoenix, Arizona, Karen spent her life rooted in the community she loved.

Karen dedicated her career to both sales with Waste Management and as a property manager for a local apartment community. In each role, her warmth and natural ability to connect with others made a lasting impression on those she worked with and served.

She was a woman of strong faith, which guided her throughout her life and shaped the kindness she showed to others. Karen had a truly social spirit—she never met a stranger. Whether at a restaurant or out running errands, she had a gift for striking up conversations, often turning simple moments into meaningful connections. It wasn’t uncommon for her to leave having made new friends along the way.

Karen was known for her sweet nature and genuine heart. She had a deep love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and her faith was the foundation of her life. She carried that faith with grace, sharing love, compassion, and encouragement with those around her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Mike Haas, and her parents, Don Bailey and Ann Pittman. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but remembered for her kindness, her faith, and the light she brought into every room.
