Keith Blaine Davis

July 7, 1954 — March 31, 2026

On the evening of March 31, 2026, with family at his side, Keith Blaine Davis of Glendale, AZ peacefully passed after a courageous battle with liver cancer.  He left behind a legacy of love, dedication and quiet strength.

Born on July 7,1954 in Ravenna, Ohio to Joe and Connie (McClary) Davis, Keith grew up in Kent, Ohio. He graduated with honors from Theodore Roosevelt High School, class of 1972. He enjoyed being on the cross country and track teams, participating in state science fairs, and Honor Society.  He attended Kent State University.

Keith was a proud twelve-year veteran of the U.S. Navy serving on guided missile destroyers including the USS Preble and the USS William V. Pratt.  He obtained the rank of Chief before nine years of service.

He went on to work as a defense contractor for four years in California before joining JP Morgan Chase, where his work ethic, sharp mind, and problem solving skills had him retiring as the Vice President of Applications Development Lead after 26 years of dedication.

It was during his many tours in the Navy that gave him a deep love of the ocean and travel that he carried throughout his life. Keith and his wife, Carol, of 27 years, before her passing, traveled throughout many parts of the world on cruises. He enjoyed reading, animals, quiet time, family, friends, and enjoyed watching the NFL, NLB, and following college football, especially 'The' Ohio State University Buckeyes.

He learned how to make jewelry, sketching, painting, and wasn't afraid to learn something new.  He enjoyed music of many genres, Star Trek, and sci-fi movies.

Keith was a man who combined intelligence, creativity and kindness in everything he did.  He was known for being handy, always ready to fix, build or figure something out.  Above all, his infectious smile and gentle presence made those around him feel valued and at ease.

Keith is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary (Bellamy) Davis; his son, Matthew Blaine (Michelle) Davis of Torrence, CA; his daughter, Jessica Linstrot (Marcus Walker) of Elk Grove, CA; stepdaughters, Valerie Ann Eversoll of Jasper, IN, and Carrie Ellen (Michael) Sior of Glendale, AZ; sister, Karen (Daryl) Mellinger of Escondido, CA; brother, Jack (Audrey) of Coumbus, OH; and half-sisters, Beverly Assimacopolos of Taylor, MI and Lois (Jim) Thompson of Grove City, OH; and many cousins, nieces and nephews in CA, OH and PA.

He is also survived by his wonderful grandchildren, a light in his life, Bailie (Leo von Kolen) Eversoll, Brandon Eversoll, Chandler Eversoll, Marissa (Laurence) Smith, Destinee (Brandon) Pierce, Michelle Sior, Devion Holt, and Aaron Walker; and great-grandchildren, Teddy, Rio, Kaiden, Juliano, and Jeremiah.  Keith enjoyed many special friendships throughout his years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Kevin Davis; his second wife, Carolyn Davis; his son, Daniel Davis; and his half-sister, Judy Krupper.

Keith's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and in the many lives he touched with his warmth, humor and enduring love.
