Mary Elois Nusshart

September 11, 1932 — June 15, 2025

With sorrow in our hearts, we announce the passing of Mary on the early hours of Father’s Day 2025. Mary was born the third of six children to Eddie and Amelia Myers in Phoenix Arizona and spent her entire life here. She had many fond memories of visiting her aunts and uncles farm in Hanford California. She was a very good cook and accomplished seamstress and loved buying, fixing up and selling homes.

Mary was first married to Carmen Venche and had two children, Michael and Connie. After her divorce she met and married George Nusshart, who added joy and sunshine for nearly 50 years to her life.

After George’s passing, Mary’s health started to decline as she suffered with neuropathy and other ailments. Her final wish was to be with George once again. She has at last earned her rest.

Thoughts of Mary

I thought I saw her dance today.

Her partner George leading the way

Nearly 50 years of wedded bliss

She always knew it would be like this

With grace and elegance they covered the floor

Greeting friends and family long gone before

Free from the bonds that held her here

And material things she held so dear

“I LOVE YOU ALL” I heard her say….

Then took the hand of God….and whirled away

I KNOW I SAW HER DANCE TODAY!
