Virginia Lee Johnson

Virginia was born on February 15, 1934 in Lafayette , IN to Ralph and Opha Metzger.

She was a bank teller a stay at home grandma.

Virginia will be remembered for her love of family and the joy she found in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a creative spirit and enjoyed reading, sewing, and crafting. She also found happiness in baking, often sharing her homemade cakes and zucchini bread with those she loved.

She is survived by: Her amazing daughter, Brenda and her son in law Bob, her grandchildren: Ami & her husband, Jeff, along with their 2 daughters (great granddaughters) Alexa, and Lauren; Bobby & his wife Jen along with their 2 daughters (also great granddaughters) Ashlyn and Peyton; Mitchell; Mikayla, & her husband Shane, along with their 2 children, (great grandchildren) Jaxon and Kinsley; Jake & his wife Sage and their daughter (great granddaughter) Rosemary; and her wonderful daughter in law, Kristi.

She was preceded in death by: Her son, Michael Johnson, her husband, Ernest Johnson, parents, Ralph and Opha Metzger, and her beloved brother Bobby Metzger.
