Adela Lopez

Adela Lopez, age 77, born in Santa Barbara, Mexico on December 16, 1936 and a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2014. Mrs. Lopez was preceded in death by her husband, Rosalio Lopez and son, Juan Antonio Lopez. She is survived by her nine children, Francisco Lopez and wife, Loretto, Rafael Lopez and wife, Lydia, Jose Lopez and wife, Teresa, Rodrigo Lopez and wife, Maxine, Martin C. Lopez and wife, Mary Ann, Thelma Lopez and husband, Hugo Salcedo, Luis Lopez and wife, Veronica, Alma Lopez and husband, Ricardo Sigala, Sylvia Lopez and husband, Miguel Garcia; twenty nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three brothers; two sisters; numerous nieces; nephews; other family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2014 at 5:00 PM, in the Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 PM. Final visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 8:30 AM, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Hugo Lopez, Jose Lopez, Martin Lopez, Edwardo Lopez, John Najar and Johnny Lopez. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Lopez, Jonathan Lopez, Eric Lopez, Isaiah Garcia, Rigo Vasquez, and Luis Lopez.
