Emily Frances Utley

On September 23, 2018 resident of Los Lunas, NM, Emily Frances Utley, cherished wife of 50 years and beloved mother was called home to be with her loving Savior Jesus Christ. She is survived by her husband Ltc. (ret) Melvin A Utley; daughters, Rachel (Terrance) Lynch and Carlyn (Paul) Smith; sister, Patricia (Patrick) Moffitt; and grandchildren, Benjamin, Bailey and Braden Lynch and Cana Smith. She is preceded in death by parents Mary and Carl Szal and sister, Bernadette (Sam) Todaro. She was born in Minersville, PA on June 15, 1945. She spent her early years in Wilmington, DE, she graduated high school from Ursuline Academy and went on to graduate from Seton Hill College as a Dietitian. She made nutrition and wellness a lifelong study and spent her life loving and serving her family and community.
