Judith Ann Garcia Date of Birth: August 17, 1963 Date of Death: December 25, 2015 Judy Garcia (age 52) was a resident of Albuquerque NM. She is survived by her parents, Severo and Romelia Garcia, her beautiful daughter, Killian Garcia, her brothers, sisters and their spouses, Carmen Marrone (Ray), Art Garcia (Melinda), Steve Garcia (Doris), Tina Maher (Michael), nine Nieces and Nephews, Jennifer Donaldson (Jed), Stephanie Garcia, Nichole Maher, Matthew Garcia, Ryan Maher, Danielle Garcia, Christopher Garcia, Lorianna Marrone, Dominic Garcia, two Grand Nephews, Kevin Chavez and Lennox Donaldson and her beloved cat Mini (Meany). Judy was preceded in death by her Grand Nephew, Tristan Donaldson. Judy was a fun loving, peppy and bubbly Auntie who loved to leave lipstick smeared kisses on her Nephews foreheads. Judy loved to cook and appreciated well prepared foods. She attended culinary school and eventually became the owner of a restaurant in Old Town. She catered many special events and family gatherings while also sharing her joy of cooking with neighbors and friends. She enjoyed scary movies, high end restaurants, the mountains, playing with bubbles and caring for her Mother and Father. Judy was also a hard core rock and roll concert fan which lead to the creation of a music room in her house which she named "Justice". Judy will be forever young and missed by all who knew her. Judy's gifts from the kitchen will be especially missed. Services will be held at St. Therese of the Infant Jesus Parish, 3424 Fourth St. NW with a rosary recited Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 6:00 PM and a Mass of Resurrection on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 9:00 AM. Mass will be followed by a reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Lamy Building, 2800 San Mateo NE. The Family thanks you all for your love and support.
