Libby Diane Rodriguez
July 17, 1957 — September 10, 2019
Libby Diane Rodriguez was born in McKinley county New Mexico on July 17, 1957. Heavens gates opened and welcomed her into the Holy Kingdom of the Lord on September 10, 2019. Loved ones surrounded her as her spirit was lifted above them when she peacefully passed away.
Libby was born to the late John Rodriguez and Lilian Pino. She had two brothers, Jimmy and Johnny, and three sisters, Cathy, Patsy, and Theresa.
Libby is survived by her 7 children and their spouses; Marie and Julio, Erica, Jennie, Angel and Sharon, Jessenia and Louie, Christina and Dominic, Luis and Teresa. She is also survived by her soul mate of 17 years, Francisco Iturralde who will carry the love that they shared in his heart and memories. Libby would have also told you that she has 17 grand children and 7 great-grandchildren who she loved dearly and helped care for when ever she could.
Despite her hectic schedule and raising her family, Libby always made sure to extend a helping hand to every one in need and every person she met, even the four-legged ones. Adopting our youngest brother is a true testament of her unconditional love for others. Libby had a big heart and she wanted everyone to feel the love that flowed from it every day. She was a selfie Queen; she sent every one a daily picture to remind them that they were loved. She loved to play candy crush, crochet and garden. Libby especially loved making everyone laugh with her child-like behavior.
Our beloved mother Libby will be missed by many, but will live forever in our hearts and memories. It's never a final goodbye but I'll see you later. You got this mom and we got you. Thank you for a lifetime of love and laughter. We love you. Hakuna matata.
