It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Julie Ann Chavez, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend who left this world on April 29, 2025, at the age of 56. Born on December 8, 1968, Julie's life was a testament to kindness and joy, touching the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. 

Julie was the loving wife of Henry Chavez, with whom she shared a deep and meaningful bond. She was also a devoted mother to her two sons Rob and James and a cherished grandmother to her six grandchildren Sayge, Lorel, Taylee, Ellie, Theo, and Josey, who brought immense joy and laughter into her life. Her love for her family was unwavering, and she created a home filled with warmth and affection. 

Julie's radiant personality and compassionate spirit made her a joy to be around. Her kindness extended to everyone she met, leaving a lasting impression on their lives. She had a remarkable ability to make others feel seen, valued, and loved. 

Julie's gentle nature and generous heart will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have known her. Her memory will live on in the countless acts of kindness she bestowed upon the world and the love she so freely gave. 

A service to celebrate Julie's life will be held on May 16th, 2025 at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine Church in Isleta.
