Felix Rivera

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Felix Rivera, born July 6, 2006, in San Bernadino, California. He passed away on May 22, 2026 in Denver, Colorado at the age of 19. Though his time with us was brief, his charismatic personality and sense of humor left a mark on his loved ones and everyone that knew him that will last forever.

Felix dedicated his working years to a humble and honorable career handling and loading food karts in airplanes. He played an integral part in ensuring that countless journeys began smoothly, embodying diligence and reliability that touched those he worked alongside daily.

His life will be celebrated and remembered during a series of solemn services beginning with a visitation on Monday, June 8, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Romero Funeral Home-Aurora, located at 15150 E Iliff Ave in Aurora, Colorado. The evening will also include a Rosary at 6:00 PM, bringing together family and friends in prayer and reflection.

The following day, Tuesday, June 9, more moments of remembrance will take place at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 13120 East Kentucky Avenue, Aurora. Visitors are welcome to pay their respects from 9:00 AM, leading into the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Felix’s journey will find its final resting place shortly thereafter at Olinger Eastlawn Cemetery, 19600 E Smith Rd, Aurora, with burial commencing at noon.

Though Felix’s life was cut tragically short, the love and warmth he shared continue to resonate. Those who shared his path will carry forward his memory, holding close the gentle strength and kindness that defined him. May we all find comfort in the cherished moments gifted by Felix Rivera and hold tight to the enduring impact of his spirit.
