Salvador Castillo Quintero

Salvador Castillo Quintero, beloved son, brother, uncle, and devoted father, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and strength. Born in Denver, Colorado, Salvador lived a life that touched the hearts of many and will never be forgotten.

Above all, Sal was an incredible father to his only son, Hideo Castillo, who was the center of his world. His love for Hideo was deep and unwavering, and he carried that love into everything he did.

Salvador was the cherished son of Yvette Quintero and Rafael Castillo. He was a loving brother to Rafael Castillo Jr., Guadalupe Quintero, Julieta Garcia, Jesus Garcia, Felix Garcia, Isaac Castillo, Santino Castillo, and Maya Castillo. He was also a proud uncle, a dear nephew, and a loyal friend to many.

Known for his strong will and spirited personality, Sal had a way of standing firm in who he was. He was innovative, compassionate, and truly one of a kind. His creative mind and artistic talent set him apart—those who knew him recognized him as someone gifted, always thinking outside the box and expressing himself in unique and meaningful ways.

Sal lived with gratitude, always making the most of what he had. He never complained about what he lacked, instead choosing to appreciate every blessing in his life. He brought laughter and light to those around him with his silliness, his honesty, and his genuine heart. He was a man of his word; someone people could count on.

He was deeply loved by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and his presence will be profoundly missed.

Though his time here was far too short, Sal’s love, spirit, and memory will live on in his son, his family, and in the hearts of all who knew him.

A Memorial Services will be held on May 7, 2026, at Romero Funeral Home, 4750 Tejon St, Denver, CO 80211 beginning at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at 1:30 PM at Classico Event Center, 270 S Federal St, Unit A, Denver, CO.
