Carla O'Neal, age 59, passed away on May 26, 2026. She was born on September 6, 1966, in Rupert, Idaho, to Carl and Donnetta Reynolds. The youngest of seven children, Carla was deeply loved by her family and friends and touched many lives with her kind heart and caring spirit.

Carla attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Bishop Kelly High School in 1984. She spent much of her life in Idaho and was residing in Mountain Home, Idaho, at the time of her passing.

Carla was first married to Chuck Wilkerson from 1988 until 1994. She later married the love of her life, Gary O'Neal, on November 12, 2007. Together they shared many happy years filled with laughter, motorcycle rides, and cherished memories.

Carla found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved creating ceramics with her mother, spending time with family and friends, riding motorcycles with Gary, and caring for her beloved German Shepherd, Takara. Although she never had children of her own, she dearly loved her nieces and nephews and embraced Gary's children and grandchildren as her own.

Carla is survived by her husband, Gary O'Neal; her stepsons, Donnie O'Neal and his wife, Melinda, Brad O'Neal and his wife, Brittany, and Scott O'Neal and his wife, Liz; her grandchildren, Marissa, Acura, Keaton, Jaxon, August, Kloiee, Jayden, Krissa, and Stella; her brothers, Randy Reynolds, Steve Reynolds, and David Reynolds; her sister, Regina Covington; her sisters-in-law, Toni Reynolds, Kerri Reynolds, Jeanette Reynolds, and Lorinda Reynolds; and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Donnetta Reynolds; her brother, Michael Reynolds; her sister, Yvonne Reynolds; her aunt, Glenna Engkraf; and her grandparents, Joe and Regina Engkraf and Thomas and Pauline Reynolds.

Carla will be remembered for her warm smile, generous heart, devotion to family, and unwavering loyalty to those she loved. She leaves behind a lifetime of treasured memories and a legacy that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
