Gabriel Frank Angel Yrigoyen

Gone, but not forgotten...

Gabriel Frank Angel "Batman" Yrigoyen, 38, passed away on October 15, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. Born on October 4, 1987, in Phoenix, Gabriel remained deeply connected to his hometown throughout his life.   Affectionately known as "Batman," Gabriel embraced the spirit of a superhero both in appearance and in heart. He was a vibrant presence who found joy in entertaining others and expressing himself through music and art. Whether wearing his iconic Batman costume or composing original songs, Gabriel poured passion and creativity into everything he did.   A gifted musician, Gabriel was constantly creating and sharing his sound with those around him. His love for music was matched by his talent for drawing—his detailed illustrations brought characters and stories to life with remarkable clarity. Through his art and music, Gabriel touched the lives of many, offering connection and joy without judgment.   Gabriel is deeply mourned by his mother, Yvonne Gomez; his sisters, Denise (Yrigoyen) Martin and Beverly Helen Rita Gomez; his brother, Raymond Anthony Gomez; and his beloved daughter, Persephone Yrigoyen. He also leaves behind numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews who held a special place in his heart.   He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Beverly Lee & Father Rallph Yrigoyen & Grandfather Ray Yrigoyen   A candlelight vigil for Gabriel’ was held in Phoenix, Arizona. His memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew him—as a father, son, brother, cousin, artist, musician, and the superhero he aspired to be each day.   May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and continue to inspire creativity and kindness in all who carry him close.    A service will be announced soon.
