Debra Stephanie Roach

Nov 26, 1955 — Jul 17, 2026

Debra “Deb” Roach, age 70, passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and will miss her beyond words.

Deb was born on November 26, 1955, to George Neumann and Shirley Rose (Koller) Neumann. After losing her father to lung cancer at the young age of 55, her mother later married Dan Koller, who became a loving stepfather to Deb and grandfather to her children.

Deb graduated from Highland Park High School, earned a certificate as a Hospital Coordinator from vocational school, and later fulfilled a lifelong dream by obtaining her Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice.

Above all else, Deb was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family was her entire world, and nothing brought her more happiness than being surrounded by the people she loved. She is survived by her children, Scott Neumann (Gina DeMike), Lisa Conroy (Kevin), and Michelle “Mikki” Roach (Oscar Mazoleny); her beloved grandchildren, Brennan, Brianna (Jakob), Alexa (Jamin), Ty (Brehna), Gavin (Abby), Giana (Braylon), Brendt, Mariah, and Kenzley; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Garrett, Easton, Karsen, Holden, Jax, and Baker.

Deb loved her Minnesota Vikings, a cold Pepsi, a competitive game of cribbage, the occasional pull tabs, and settling in for a good Lifetime movie. She was feisty, honest, and never afraid to speak her mind. She loved fiercely, gave generously, and would give her last dollar to someone in need. She was her family's biggest cheerleader and showed each of them what unconditional love truly looks like.

Deb was preceded in death by many cherished loved ones, including her beloved mother, Shirley, and her husband, Dennis.

Though our hearts are deeply broken, we find comfort in knowing that Deb’s love, strength, honesty, and unwavering devotion to her family will continue to live on in the hearts and lives of all who knew and loved her.

A memorial to honor her life will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Sandberg Funeral Home in North St. Paul. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m., followed by the service at 3:00 p.m. A dinner and time to share favorite memories will follow at the VFW in North St. Paul from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
