Mangini, Erla Mae, age 97, formerly of the East Side of St. Paul, MN. Passed away March 25, 2026. For many years owner of Mangini's and Mr. Anthony's. Involved in the St. Paul Winter Carnival for many years. Preceded in death by husband Richard; parents Alfred and Olive Karau; 2 brothers; 1 sister. Survived by sister Alma Leigh Funderberg; many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Service Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 11:00am with visitation 10:00am at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 E. 7th Ave, North St. Paul, MN 55109. Interment Union Cemetery.
