Loving Dad, Grandpa, and Great Grandpa WWII Army Veteran Age 85 of North St. Paul. Passed away on July 24, 2011. Preceded in death by loving wife, June for 40 years; parents, Paul & Olivia; brothers, Terry, John & Emmett. Survived by children, Dianne Slaikeu (Mark), Jim, Cathy Kunz (Greg), Nancy Perrault (Dale), Donna Schaefer (Rob), & Kelly (Pam); 20 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brother, Russ (Linda). Special thanks to Heartland Hospice, Salvation Army Adult Day Center & Ramsey Care Center for their loving care. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10:00 AM at Church of St. Peter, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul and one hour prior to the Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Heartland Hospice and Salvation Army Adult Day Center.
