Janey Lou Czeck

Czeck, Janey Lou, of North St. Paul, age 83. Passed away on May 9, 2026. Preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Eleanor Chute, and sister, Julie. Survived by her loving husband, David, of 62 years; daughter Dyanna (Jason); sons David Jr., Stephen (René), and Jonathan (Jill); six grandchildren Eliot, Annika, Louisa, Frederick, Benjamin, and Vivienne; and siblings Janet, Joyce, June, and Peter. A devoted mother, Janey loved her family, her dogs, classical music, the color purple, baking her beloved “grandma” bread, wild birds, and tending her garden. Janey earned her BS in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota in 1965 and spent many years teaching and later worked as a chiropractic office manager. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Please keep her in your heart and prayers. Donations in her honor may be made to comofriends.org and her church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, May 21 at noon, with visitation one hour prior, at the Church of St. Peter, 2600 Margaret St. N., North St. Paul. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery North.
