Marilyn C. Pogue

Beloved wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma, sister and aunt died September 21, 2018 at the age of 83. Preceded in death by beloved husband of 63 years, Ray. Survived by daughters, Debbie Pogue (Scott Frantzen) and Linda Marie Thayer; grandchildren Lauren Thayer (Josh) Cardinal and Eric Thayer (Chelsie Brown); great-grandchildren Easton Michael Cardinal and Ava Marie Cardinal; loving sister, Joyce Schlemmer; lifelong friend Marlis Rongitsch. Marilyn grew up in New Trier, MN and was raised by her grandparents, Nick and Anna Pasch. She was an exceptional mother who will be remembered for the love of her grandchildren and great sense of humor. She was also a member of the Silver Lake UMC. Her passions included gardening, cooking, shopping and card games. Visitation Friday (9/28) 6:30 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 7th Avenue E, North St. Paul, with Memorial Service at 7:30. Private interment at Union Cemetery at a later date. Marilyn’s family would like to thank all of the people who took such good care of our Mom this past year. Memorials preferred to the Scleroderma Foundation.
