Jeanette "Lyn" Kilmer

Jeanette "Lyn" Kilmer, age 30, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday November 13, 2018. She was born July 7,1988, in Odgen Utah to Lois and Brett Parnell. She was a graduate of West Ashley High School Class of 2007. Lyn married Jason Kilmer in 2009 and they had a beautiful daughter named Elizabeth Jeanette Kilmer. Elizabeth was named after both of their grandmothers. Lyn's calling in life was taking care of and loving the elderly. She worked for assisted living homes for 10+ years. Everyone that met Lyn loved her. She was a very compassionate and loving caregiver to all of her residents and their families. She recently started a new career as an assembly line worker at IFA. Lyn had an infectious laugh! She loved joking around and having fun! Her personality was one you would never forget. She loved her family, friends, country music and diet pepsi. Her daughter Elizabeth was her world! Her little mini me she often referred to as "peanut" was her life! They were two peas in pod laughing, joking, singing and dancing around all the time. We are blessed to continue to see Lyn live through Elizabeth. Lyn is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Jeanette Kilmer and her father Jason C .Kilmer. Father James Brett Parnell and stepmom Lucy, mother Lois Johnson-Oliver and stepfather David, Grandmother Jackie W. Johnson all of Macon, Ga. Sister Betsy Warthen, brother James W. Parnell (stepmother Brandi Kynes Hickling of Washington), brother Trace Seiler, Ed, Cathy and Darcy Kilmer. Lyn also has many Aunts, Uncles and cousins in the US and Canada.
