Harvey Lee McDonald-Williams
Mar 30, 1948 — Apr 9, 2026
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of a devoted husband, caring man who stepped up to father, and loving, brother, whose quiet strength and generous spirit touched the lives of All, who knew him.
He would introduce himself as Harvey Lee or Harvey Lee McDonald.
He was a man who found joy in the simple, meaningful moments of life. Whether he was working under the hood of a car, fixing up a bicycle for someone in need, casting a line out on the water, or taking pride in a freshly mowed lawn, he brought patience, skill, and care to everything he did. He had a natural ability to fix things-not just machines, but also the small troubles of everyday life-always ready to lend a hand without hesitation.
As a husband, he was steadfast and devoted, offering unwavering love and support. As a stepfather, he embraced his role with kindness, guidance, and a genuine heart, creating lasting bonds built on trust and respect. As a brother he was a source of strength, laughter, and loyalty.
He will be remembered for his hard-working nature, his willingness to help others, and the quiet way he showed love through his actions. His presence brought comfort in stability, and his absence leaves a space that cannot be filled.
He is deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the lessons he taught, the lives he touched, and the love he gave so freely.
He leaves behind a wife, Venus Tucker McDonald, beloved children, Jamanda and Jamarii, grandchildren, Kendrick, and Harper, siblings Sylvia (Arthur), Ronald (Betty), Joseph (Viola), and Vickie, a host of nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, & friends.
I love you all!
