Elizabeth W. Clark

Elizabeth "Mac" Clark, age 72, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at er home in Columbia, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Elma W. Goddard and James C Whitaker, Jr.

Mac devoted thirty years of her life to working as a Premium Processor for Colonial Life Insurance Company. She enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach with her family and friends. Mac had a great love for her family, but most of all she loved the Lord and often told others that "Jesus was in her heart." She spent her mornings reading her Bible and Max Lucado devotionals. Se had many animals over the years that she shared her life, love, and home with.

She is survived by her sister, Marcia W. Smith (Leon), her brothers; James C. Whitaker (Mary) and Michael C Whitaker (Billie) and many special nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elma W. Goddard and James C Whitaker, Jr.
