Christina Renée Leavitt

Christina Renée Leavitt was a wonderful surprise gift from God to her family. She was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, on April 24, 1990. She was a happy baby and even laughed at her sisters when her mother didn’t think she was old enough to smile. She loved to talk and later to write stories.

Christina attended school in Twin Falls and Kimberly. She graduated from BYU Idaho in Rexburg. She took a year-long course in massage therapy in St. George, Utah, and practiced in Boise, Idaho.

Christina passed away on April 16, 2026, in Middleton, Idaho, after nearly 6 years of fighting breast cancer. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

Christina was preceded in death by her father, James Albert Leavitt. She is survived by her mother, Jennifer Christine Leavitt; her sisters: Becky (Matt) Swain, Lisa (Brian) Tanner, Diantha Leavitt, and Sherry Leavitt; and eight wonderful nieces and nephews.

Christina’s funeral will be Saturday, April 25, at 11:00am, at 22500 Lansing Lane, Middleton, Idaho. The funeral home is Summers in Meridian, ID. If you desire to contribute to a memorial scholarship in Christina’s name, please contact the family.
