Loradel Villas Pelham
June 2, 1976 — March 8, 2026
Loradel (Bebe) Villas Pelham (June 2, 1967 - March 8, 2026)
Loradel, or known as Bebe, was born on June 2, 1976 in Kalibo, Philippines to Ramon and Lory Alba. She lived her whole childhood in various parts of the Philippine islands, but had loved the mountains she grew up in the most. She was the eldest in a large family, and she was known to be a caretaker and mother figure to her siblings. She knew her fair share of hardships in her early life, but she never let it define her. She took everything in stride and fought through any battle that came her way. Even as a young child, her heart was filled with love and care for her family.
She had met her husband Tony Pelham in the Philippines and got married on June 30, 1998. She had left the Philippines and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. In the early part of their marriage, Tony and Loradel took various trips across the United States and the world. She has been to every continent except Africa and Antarctica, and she loved sharing her stories of travel to her children. They climbed mountains like Mt. Whitney, hiked the Inca trail, traversed the Alaskan wilderness, vacationed in Hawaii, road tripped across the US, and so much more. And this was only in their first five years of marriage as so much more adventure and traveling was yet to come. But first, they were about to embark on a different journey.
In 2003, they had a daughter Kimberly, and Loradel’s path into motherhood began. They left Vegas and moved up to Meridian, Idaho in 2005; and shortly after, their second child, Keith, was born. Later in 2009, their second son, Kylecarl, joined the family. Loradel knew and loved her children fervently and equally. But if she were to have a favorite, it would definitely be the family dog Maleia, who was as loyal to her as any good dog should be. She had told many people that she believed her purpose was to be a mother. And what a wonderful mother she was. She always made sure above everything, her family was put first and taken care of. Her children credit who they are today because of her, and she was always willing to give honest advice to them.
Loradel was a dragon. She was fiery, hard working, and she had an amazing knack for business. She was able to expertly haggle and pick out a good deal. Tony credits all of his assets that he has gained would not have been possible without her smart and business-like mind. Loradel’s special talent was cooking. She was amazing at creating the most memorable and delicious dishes. She was also very in tune with her instincts, and could read people very well. Even so, she was one of the most forgiving people in the world and would still treat even her enemies with kindness. She was also a very spiritual as well as a superstitious woman. Her style of love was definitely giving and acts of service. She said that she never wanted much and was content living a simple life, so she was always generous with what she had. She would sometimes say that she was just a simple house wife, but she was anything but. To her family, she will be remembered as the courageous, passionate, honest, and beautiful woman that was at the heart of her family.
Loradel suddenly suffered a brain aneurysm on February 7, 2026. She fought very hard to get well, but she tragically experienced two more strokes. She passed away peacefully on March 8,2026 at 10:05am surrounded by her family at the young age of 49 years, 9 months, and 6 days. Loradel’s time on earth was brief, but she did so much and meant so much to so many people. She will be watching over her family from heaven, who will keep her alive in their memories.
Loradel is survived by her father (Ramon Alba), husband (Tony Pelham), daughter (Kimberly Pelham), sons (Keith Pelham and Kylecarl Pelham), loyal dog (Maleia), siblings, extended family, and friends. She will be reuniting with her mother (Lory Alba).
There will be an invite only viewing and ceremony due to space limitations. She will be laid to rest at the Idaho State Veterans cemetery. The family appreciates your prayers during this time, but they have requested the internment to be private. There will be a celebration of life on Friday March 20, 2026 at 5:00pm at Paramount Community Center: 5695 N. Fox Run Way Meridian, ID 93646, which all family and friends are encouraged to attend.
