David Nathan Mccall

October 5, 1969 — November 25, 2022

David Nathan McCall was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 5, 1969. Shortly thereafter, his parents moved to Miami, Florida, where his brother, Mark, and his sister, Marianne, were born.

David graduated from Sacred Heart Grade School and attended Christopher Columbus High School before the family moved to Tallahassee, Florida in 1986. After graduation from Leon High School, David attended Tallahassee Community College for one year prior to enlisting in the United States Navy.

While in the military, he earned his certification as an airframe service mechanic. Then, sometime later in his life, he completed two years of coursework at Chattanooga State Community College in Chattanooga, Tennessee. However, David soon found his real love to be working with his hands. He was a certified automobile mechanic working on Hondas, Nissans, and Volvos, and had a natural talent for repairing as well as building computers from scratch.

In January of 2015, David and his family moved to the mountainous city of Colorado Springs, Colorado with the beautiful backdrop of Pikes Peak, where he lived until his death on November 25, 2022, at the age of 53.

David had a quick wit, a sharp intellect, and a kind and generous heart that will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by Ava Lynn McCoy and their children, Andrew Nathan McCall, Avery Alisa (Zachary) Deaguero, Sierra Grace McCall and her fiance Joey Langness, Candace Renea McCall and her fiance Vaughn Bryan of Deerfield Beach, Florida; his grandchild, Peyton Brooks Deaguero; his parents, Harry Nathan McCall and Dolores "Lori" McCall of Tallahassee, Florida; his sister, Dr. Marianne Carole McCall (Matt Mattingly) of Concord, New Hampshire; his brother, Mark Vincent (Jessica) McCall and his son Patrick Vincent McCall of Mableton, Georgia; and a host of close relatives and friends from the east coast to the west coast.

Services pending.
