Floyd Leonard Smith

Floyd Leonard Smith went home to be with his Heavenly Father at 12:22 p.m. on May 20, 2025, at the age of 89. He was born on July 28, 1935, in Altaville, California.  

Floyd was a devoted husband, loving father, and faithful Christian who dedicated his life to his family and to the Lord. He worked hard throughout his life to provide for those he loved and to lead with strength, kindness, and unwavering faith. His life was a testament to the values he held dear — love, integrity, and devotion to God.  

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Janet Louise Smith, and his cherished daughter, Sheryl Louise Beireis. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanie Barnes Smith; his son, Gregory Leonard Smith; and his daughter, Dawn LeeAnn Landis.  

Floyd’s legacy lives on through his family and the many lives he touched with his gentle spirit, wisdom, and steadfast love. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.  

Service to be held on Friday, May 30th At 11:00 am. At the World Prayer Center on New Life Church campus.  11025 Voyager Parkway, Colorado Sp., Colorado, 80921   Reception to follow.
