Jason Wayne Giddens

Aug 22, 1974 — May 21, 2026

Jason Wayne Giddens, 51, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on May 21, 2026.

Jason was born on August 22, 1974, in Lancaster, California, to Jerry and Kathi Giddens. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Giddens, and is survived by his mother, Kathi Giddens; his sister, Susan Giddens; his wife, Jessica Giddens; and his beloved daughter, Jillian Giddens.

Jason was a gifted craftsman whose creativity and talent were evident in every project he undertook. After beginning his career as a plumber, he founded a business specializing in custom ornamental ironwork, creating beautiful railings, gates, and other handcrafted pieces. He took great pride in his work and was always eager to embrace new challenges, combining technical skill with artistic vision. His enthusiasm was contagious, and those who knew him enjoyed listening as he shared his ideas, passions, and the things he believed in.

Never one to stop learning, Jason earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, reflecting his curiosity, determination, and desire to continue growing throughout his life.

Of all the roles he held throughout his life, the one he cherished most was being a father. His greatest joy was being Jillian's dad. Whether they were racing down water slides, competing at the arcade, or simply spending time together, those moments brought him immense happiness. The love he had for his daughter was enduring and unwavering, and it will remain one of the most treasured parts of his legacy.
