Robert Stout Pumphrey

Robert S. Pumphrey, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away at his residence on October 23, 2024, at the age of 75.

Robert (Bo) was born on December 7, 1948, in Pueblo, Colorado, to Paul and Marie Pumphrey.

Bo served 18 years as an OB/GYN in the United States Army where he was well respected for his dedication to his practice and his hard work, and retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Bo dedicated his life to his family and friends, always putting others before himself. He had a warm smile and a generous heart, which endeared him to all who knew him. He was an avid sports fan and loved watching Colorado sports, especially Colorado Buffalos football. He also loved reading, fishing, cooking/grilling, spending time with his family, and watching his grandchildren play baseball.

Bo is survived by his children, Melissa, Brandon and James (son-in-law), and his grandchildren, Noah, Evan, and Eli, who will cherish his memory dearly. He is also survived by his siblings, Jaelee, Johnny, Kristin, and Clint, and was proceeded in death by his parents Paul and Marie and brother Billy.

Bo will be deeply missed but will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
