(Jake) Delbert Leon Jacobsen, 73, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2026.
He was born July 17th in Pomona, CA, son of the late Esther and Jim Jacobsen. Jake attended Boise High School and went on to pursue his passion of creating and remodeling in the field of construction.
He loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed cruising on Payette Lake in his 1970 Century wooden boat with his former wife Kit Herndon.
Jake is survived by his brother Jim Jr. Jacobsen, nephew Luke and niece Jill, and his sister Cathy Clark, nephews Bryan and Kevin, and nieces Kelly and Michelle.
Friends will gather later this summer to reminisce and celebrate his life.
