Caroline M. Ambrose

Caroline M. Ambrose, 85, of Garnerville, NY, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2024. She was born in the Bronx, NY on May 28, 1938. Caroline married the love of her life, George J. Ambrose, on May 30, 1959 and raised a beautiful family together. She worked for Con-Edison for many years but her greatest joy came from her family. She is survived by her children Carolann Ambrose-Gerpe, Barbara Ambrose Vahsen, George J. Ambrose and Christopher Ambrose; her grandchildren Steven, Alisa, Marissa, Erika, Kristen, Eric, Katherine, Matthew; her greatgrandchildren Kaylee, Hunter, Aliya, Amari, Cam and Senna; and her sister Angela Guerra. She was predeceased by her sisters Marie and Lousia and her brothers Frank and Dominick. Memorial vistation will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 4pm-8pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY. Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, 11am at St. Gregory Barbarigo Church, Garnerville, NY. In lieu of flowers, please contact the family for donations.
