Eileen K. Kimbark

Eileen K. Kimbark passed away on May 23, 2024 at the age of 89. Eileen was born in West Haverstraw, NY to the late John E. Long, Sr. and Kathryn Long (Breen). Eileen worked for North Rockland School District for many years. Eileen was a resident of the Town of Haverstraw for her entire life. Her hobbies were gardening, senior club and trips, and Eisenhower Hall performances. She was predeceased by her late husband, Arthur D. Kimbark, brothers John E. Long, Jr. and many sisters and brothers-in-law. She is survived by sons Bruce D. (Jeanne), Patrick T. (Mary Anne); grandchildren Bruce P., Christine Byrne; great grand-children Christopher, Natalie, Amelia, Eleanor, Arthur, Edward, and many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 2pm-6pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY. Services will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024, 11am at the funeral home followed by interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Haverstraw, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Eileen’s memory to Dementia Society of America.
