John Louis Mannagotter, 68, of Pomona NY passed away unexpectedly in his home on February 13th, 2021. He was born in St. Mary's in Hoboken New Jersey on August 23rd, 1952. John graduated from Pascack Hills high school in Montvale New Jersey. He was married to Mary Ellen Mannagotter on September 6th, 1975. John had a career working at Pfizer. He had a passion for Nascar, the Yankees, coin collecting, and concerts. John was predeceased by parents John P. and Frances Mannagotter. He is survived by wife Mary Ellen Managotter, son Justin John Mannagotter and fiance Sharon, sister Suzanne Vilardo and family, brother Mark Mannagotter and family, one brother in law and three sisters in law, niece Jenn Jones and family, nephew Arthur Hebner Jr. and family, niece Kimberly Engelhardt, niece Melissa Capolete and family, and niece Stefanie Vilardo-Allen and family. Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 25th, from 3pm-7pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home, 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY. Services will be held on Friday, February 26th, 11am at the funeral home followed by interment at Valleau Cemetery, Ridgewood, NJ.
