In memorium of John J. Olori, who passed away the afternoon of Monday March 29th, 2021. He was 71 years old born and raised in Haverstraw, NY. Living in his home for the past 21 years in Stony Point, NY that he built from the ground up with his own hands. John spent his career as an accomplished master rigger, and respected business leader. Growing up, he worked alongside his brothers in their family business, Olori Crane Service. John married his long-time sweetheart & love of his life Nicoletta Julie Olori, who have been blessed with over 49 beautiful years of marriage, are also parents to their daughter Jennifer C. Olori (Robert A. Way) & their son Jonathan C. Olori, & PopPop to Henry and Eleanor. While known for contributions to parishes such as St. Paul’s and The Marian Shrine, John was best known for his giving and loving nature as everyone’s friend, a strong pillar of support for the community and all who needed him. Visitation will be held Monday, April 5th, & Tuesday, April 6th between 3:00pm-7:00pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home, 133 Broadway, Haverstraw, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday the 7th, 10:00am at St. Peter’s Church, 115 Broadway, Haverstraw, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to make a donation on John's behalf to his St. Judes Fundraiser.

Masks must be worn the entire time you are in the funeral home as well as church. Social distancing must be practiced and rotation is in effect at the funeral home.
