Leo J. Carrotti, 89, of West Haverstraw, NY, passed peacefully at Joe Raso Hospice Residence on Saturday, March 28th,2020. He was born on June 3rd, 1933 in Bronxville, NY to Italian American Parents , Frank and Gilda (Montez) Carrotti. Leo lived in Weschester through his childhood and many years of his adult life. It was there that he met and married his loving wife Rosemary (Oeler), on June 3rd, 1956. Together they raised three children and moved to West Haverstraw in 1970, where they remained for the last 50 years.
A beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Leo’s favorite place to be was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. He is survivedby his wife of 63 wonderful years, his three loving children, Diana Carrotti-Morrell (Allen), Debra Menzie (William, and Frank Carrotti, as well as his two beloved grandchildren, Brianna N. Morrell and Zachary T. Morrell. Leo is also survived by his sister, Yolanda Anthony of Florida, his brother Frank Carrotti of Arizona, and his sister Jeanne of Nova Scotia, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Though gone from this earth, Leo will forever remain in our hearts.
