Brian Paul Hill

Dr. Brian Paul Hill, 86, of Charlotte, passed away June 21, 2026. Born June 25, 1939 in Omaha, Nebraska, he was the son of the late Jean and LaRene Karstens Hill. Brian attended Ohio State University and obtained both his undergraduate and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees. Brian married the love of his life, Martha Jane Link, in June of 1962. He then joined the U.S. Army and served as a dentist before moving to Charlotte and starting his own dental practice in which he proudly served the community for over 50 years.

Brian was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and took great pride in his family. Brian is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Martha Link Hill; son, Brett Hill and wife Vickie; daughter, Teresa Grissom and husband Brian; daughter, Julie Wilson and husband Mark. He is also survived by 6 grand children; Tyler, Austin, Lily, Rachel, Van, and Lila Jane and 3 great grand children; Teddy, Gabriel, and Olivia. Brian is also survived by two sisters; Donna Baron and Rita Torlen Dawe, as well as many other family members and friends.
