Victoria Lacher

April 5, 1930 — May 20, 2026

Victoria Lacher (nee Graziano) passed away on May 20, 2026, surrounded by her family and loving caregivers. She was 96 years old. Victoria was born on April 5, 1930, to the late Mary and Fred Graziano in Newark, New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 73 years, Harry. She was raised in Chicago, where she also raised her family. Surviving are her daughters: Linda Whitman, Donna Criner (Dennis) and Lori Kloth (David); 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; nieces, nephews, and countless friends - all of whom will remember her for her cheerful disposition and always being ready for a good time. But mostly, she will be remembered as the fiercely loving and loyal Matriarch of her family. She was a talented pianist from a very young age, performing her first recital at the age of 3. She continued to play professionally, but mostly for pleasure for the rest of her life. For most of her working career, Victoria was in banking, while later becoming a travel agent, which her and her husband, Harry, took full advantage of and enjoyed traveling around the world. She was a faithful Catholic and served as a Eucharistic Minister both in Illinois and Florida. She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church for the past 20 years.

A Funeral Mass will be held in the Chapel of St. Matthews Catholic Church, 8015 Ballantyne Commons Parkway, Charlotte, NC at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 11, 2026. A eulogy will take place at 12:45 PM.
