Corporal Alexis Aaron Alcaraz

Corporal Alexis Aaron Alcaraz was born on June 6, 1993 and passed away at the age of 22 on August 13, 2015 at Camp LeJeune, NC. He was a lifelong Yuba-Sutter resident. Alexis worked as a Field Radio Operator USMC. He was in active duty USMC 3 years. Survivors include his parents; Rogelio and Maharta Alcaraz, sisters; Becky, Alondra and Damaris Alcaraz, grandmothers; Delia Quintero and Maria Dolores Olivo. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Rosendo Zaragoza and Miguel Alcaraz. Visitation will be Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Ullrey Memorial Chapel from 12 Noon to 5:00 p.m. Services will be conducted Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 11:00 am at Sutter Community Church, 2900 Acacia Ave., Sutter, CA with Pastor Jose Paz, officiating. Burial will follow at Sutter Cemetery with full military honors by the US Marine Corp. Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.
