Elsie M. Brown

Elsie M. Brown, passed away on July 13, 2021. She was 92 years old. Elsie was a lifelong resident of the Yuba-Sutter area. She was born in Missouri in 1929, and moved to California as a young child. In 1948, she married her partner of 65 years, Wilbur L. Brown. Together they raised their family of 4 boys. Elsie is preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur; and her oldest son, Fred. She is survived by her three remaining sons, Ken (Cindy), Bill (Christie), and Robert Brown; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Elsie was a fantastic friend, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will live forever in our hearts. A private graveside service will be held at Sutter Cemetery.
