With deep sorrow and profound love, our family announces the passing of Gian Kaur, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who left this world peacefully at her home on November 21, 2025.

Born on July 1, 1943, in the village of Mazara Raja Sahib, Punjab, India, Gian Kaur lived a life defined by strength, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family.

In 1991, she came to Yuba City, CA, carrying with her the values, warmth, and traditions that continue to guide her family today.

She shared a devoted marriage with her beloved husband, Bhulla Singh, who survives her. Together, they built a life rooted in love, hard work, and unity.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rajvinder Kaur.She is survived by, and was the cherished mother of, Tarsem Bains and Jasvir Sangha; loving grandchildren, Rena Bains- Tumber, Suman Bains, Sobha Bains, Amrita Sangha and Harman Sangha; and her great-grandchildren, Zara Tumber and Zeyna Tumber. Each of them blessed by her gentle spirit and unconditional love.

She was known for her grace, kindness, and gentle presence, qualities that made every interaction with her feel warm and comforting.

Gian Kaur lived her life with grace, humility, and a loving heart. She touched others with her gentle presence, and her kindness will be remembered always. Her memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration to her family.

May her soul find eternal peace, and may Waheguru bless her with rest and serenity. We will carry her love with us always.

Memorial service will be held at Ullrey Memorial Chapel November 30, 2025, at 11 AM 817 Almond Street, Yuba City, CA.

Followed by Sehaj Paath at Tierra Buena Gurdwara 2468 Tierra Buena Road, Yuba City, CA.
