Harold Robert "Bob" Reitnauer, born August 8, 1930, to Harold and Fredericka Reitnauer in Pottstown, PA, and passed peacefully on April 24, 2023, at Adventist Rideout Hospital. He served in the Army during the Korean War in Panama. The grocery business was his life. He started at Alexander's in Burbank, CA, before moving to Yuba City. There he got his start with Warren Hall at Warren's Market. He eventually partnered with Warren to purchase Harper's Grocery in Olivehurst, California. He eventually bought Warren out and kept Harper's for many years. He eventually sold Harper's and purchased Rhodes Grocery in Yuba City until his retirement. He is preceded in death by his wife, Theresa; and brother, Ronald. He is survived by his son, Richard (Scott) of Cathedral City; daughter, Linda Booth (Randy) of Yuba City; granddaughters, Erin Duran, and Jen Dollins; grandson, Eric Reitnauer; great-grandchildren, Bentley, Neva, Hudson, Judah, Everett and Levi; and brother, Doug; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mom and Dad enjoyed many trips in their 5th wheel. It brought them great joy and they made many friends on these trips all over the United States. They also enjoyed cruises and numerous trips with friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Summerfield Assisted Living for all the care they have given Dad as well as the caring staff at Adventist Rideout. No services will be held and a Celebration of Life may be held at a later date.
