Obituary Ann "Dolly" Phillips, 92, passed away Sept. 11 at the Lemay Avenue Health and Rehab Facility in Fort Collins. She was born April 1, 1921 in Cumberland, Wyoming to Hilda and Lazo Radich. "Dolly" spent most of her career employed by the University of Wyoming as an administrative assistant and accountant. She retired in 1981 after 30 years at the University. She and her husband, Woodrow, moved to Fort Collins in 1982. Woodrow preceded her in death in 1988. She enjoyed cross stitch (making pictures for her family), crocheting, and knitting. She is survived by her two daughters, Bonnie Phillips and Shirley Miller, three granddaughters, Erin Bee, LeAnn Miller, and Lori Thomas, and one great granddaughter, Sarah Thomas. There will be a viewing Sunday from 3 to 5, Sept. 15 at Vessey Funeral Service, 2649 East Mulberry. A graveside service will be held at the Loveland Burial Park Monday, Sept. 16 at 11:00 a.m. Contributions to the Fort Collins Alzheimer's Association in lieu of flowers will be appreciated.
