Joe Richard Gomez

Joe Richard Gomez, 47 years old, born on February 26,1979 in Colorado Springs, CO 4th generation, lost his battle with cancer on May 8, 2026. He is survived by his parents Frank R & Bettie Jo Gomez. Joe graduated in 1997 from Woodcreek High School in Roseville, CA. He served in the US Army from 1999 to 2002. Joe was instrumental in the success of the family owned construction business for many years. He was an avid golfer & loved the outdoors. Joe fought many battles including mental illness & sobriety which he won. Joe did not know a stranger, he was always ready to help anyone. As a member of the Catholic Church, he also belonged to the Knights of Columbus. A gift from God to all of us he is now with God. Joe will be greatly missed … until we meet again son … we love you Joe Joe❤️
