Robert Charles Bodine

Robert Charles Bodine, age 83, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026, at Hospice of the Valley in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Robert was born on March 10, 1942, in St. Paul, Minnesota, to the late Ford and Dorthea (Temme) Bodine. He was a deeply devoted partner, brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who prioritized his family above all else. His steady guidance, warmth, and love created a lasting legacy that will be forever cherished by those he leaves behind.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Barbara Bodine; his brother, Donald Bodine; his daughter, Tracey Gilespie; his son, Joseph Berczyk; and his grandchildren, Alisha and Danny Berczyk.

His memory lives on through his surviving family: his partner, Cheryl Zimmerman; his brother, Roger (Janet) Bodine; his children, Elizabeth (Roy) Hundley, Christine Berczyk, and Patrick (Lynne) Bodine; his cherished grandchildren, Joshua, Brittany, Logan, Jenny, Victoria, David, Hailie, and Hunter; and his beloved great-grandchildren.

Services to celebrate Robert's full life will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Elim Lutheran Church (Scandia, MN). Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM, with a gathering to follow immediately after.

Interment will take place the following day, Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:00 Noon at Lakeview Cemetery (Mahtomedi, MN).
