We are incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown to our family during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. From the very first conversation, the team went above and beyond our expectations and made an overwhelming process feel manageable and peaceful. They patiently answered every question, guided us through each step with clarity and kindness, and handled every detail with the utmost respect. We were especially touched by the extra efforts they made - personally picking up death certificates early, ensuring our mom was always treated with dignity, coordinating transportation, and being present through the entire process from beginning to burial at the cemetery. Their professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail truly eased our burden and allowed our family to focus on grieving and honoring our mom rather than worrying about logistics. We will always be thankful for the way they cared for both our mother and our family. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and trustworthy funeral services.

I had heard about Samaritan from a local Facebook group. They seemed highly regarded, so I selected them when my mother passed recently, and I agree- they were easy to work with. Charlene was warm and understanding and the website was very thorough and transparent on pricing. I was kept informed every step of the way. I really appreciated the fact that there was no push to add on extras beyond what I had selected, and the entire process was as stress-free as possible given the sad circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend the Ahwatukee location to anyone needing their services at such an emotionally difficult time.
