This is the second time we've used the services of The Omega Society, and just like our first experience with them several years ago, the process was seamless and flawless on every level. They were with us every step of the way - they arrived quickly to transport the body, advised us when the cremation was complete, guided us through the process of ordering death certificates and let us know when we could come by and pick up the remains. It was so incredibly swift and efficient, and everyone we interacted with was professional, respectful and super courteous. We would use Omega Society again in a heartbeat, and suggest that you pre plan with them when you are clear headed as we did instead of waiting to do so at the last minute. They also have a nice selection of urns in their office which is easy to reach and freeway close. Additionally, Omega Society is a great value compared to other services. They are a class act all around!

Overall, our experience was very good. Omega Society was timely and communicative and they handled things professionally. My only feedback is concerning the pickup of the ashes. My brother went to get my Dad's ashes and was simply given a box with my father's name and number on it. For such a personal experience, it would have been nice to have someone there in that moment to provide comfort, or a quiet room to reflect, instead of feeling like he was part of an assembly line (as there were people after him waiting in line). My brother was surprised at how emotional the process was. Nothing really prepared him for that, I would recommend mentioning the importance of having a support person there when notifying people that their loved ones ashes are ready. I do appreciate that Omega Society followed up to provide support after we picked the ashes up.

This is the 3rd time I have used the Omega Society and each time we receive exceptional service. Our experience was positive, thorough and I felt heard and listened to throughout the process.
